At Innovaccer, my team designed for the providers who were busy with patient visits, care managers who had to navigate a complex platform and data engineers monitoring the data transformation pipelines that powered it. Along the way, I also helped in scaling the Masala Design System 6x.

URGENT CARE

My team worked with Red Cross Milan to reduce their time to activation during emergencies. Together, we co-designed Mobia, a community-powered helper network that activates nearest trained citizens to provide help to the one who needs it, before formal response team arrives.

I designed a service to enable social support groups for the elderly in India's apartment complexes, that also acts as surrogate network for distant children. With Spontanea, my team designed self-care for transient youth in Milan, turning familiar hobbies into peer-led rituals.
